該機(jī)特別適合對(duì)各種單個(gè)中、大型盒裝物品的裹包（如下圖），及數(shù)個(gè)集合包裝（如：10盒隆力奇牙膏為一單位的集合包裝）。廣泛適用于各大行業(yè)，如盒裝藥品、保健品、食品、茶葉、咖啡、化妝品、糖果、日用品、香皂、文具用品、磁帶、威化餅、音像制品等等

用途：透明膜包裝機(jī)就是在長(zhǎng)方形、正方形或類似規(guī)則包裝物外面裹包一層帶防偽易拉線的透明膜。包裝效果與香煙外包相同。該機(jī)廣泛適用于盒裝藥品、保健品、食品、茶葉、咖啡、化妝品、日用品、糖果、香皂、文具用品、磁帶、威化餅、音像制品等IT行業(yè)中的各種盒式規(guī)則物品的單件或多件物品集合的自動(dòng)包裝。

功能介紹：本機(jī)是在引進(jìn)、吸收歐洲和日本等國(guó)家設(shè)、備的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)過精心設(shè)計(jì)改良而成。采用國(guó)外知名PLC人機(jī)界面控制及電氣元件，機(jī)器由氣缸驅(qū)動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、伺服電機(jī)下膜、下膜長(zhǎng)短可以隨意調(diào)節(jié)、具有運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠、速度快、封口牢固、緊湊、密封防水性好、平整美觀等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。機(jī)體由高質(zhì)量美觀的進(jìn)口鋁合金或不銹鋼機(jī)架和封閉式安全有機(jī)玻璃防護(hù)罩構(gòu)成，機(jī)器平臺(tái)、包裝物的接觸部位均用不銹鋼材料，符合衛(wèi)生要求?？蓪?duì)物品進(jìn)行單件或條盒自動(dòng)裹包，自動(dòng)送盒、折疊、熱封、包裝、計(jì)數(shù)，并自動(dòng)粘貼防偽U型撕口易拉線。缺盒不下膜、缺盒停機(jī)、故障自我診斷并報(bào)警、更換少量零部件即可包裝不同規(guī)格尺寸的盒式包裝物。
